Sound Quality
Let me tell you, the sound quality on this Audioengine B2 Bluetooth speaker is outstanding!
I tried it with different music genres, like jazz and rock, using the equalizer on my phone, and the bass just got so much better.
The midrange is good too, and I really appreciate the silk dome tweeters.
They don’t sound harsh like those metal ones. And the best part? The volume can be cranked up without any distortion.
It’s loud, clean, and responsive to bass sounds.
Design and Build
The design of this speaker is so cool, not boring like most speakers.
It has an Art-deco styling that can modernize any space.
The magnetic grill can be put on or off, giving you the choice of how you want it to look.
Plus, it’s built like a tank with a hard-wood construction that I believe adds to the tonality.
It’s stylish and very well made.
Connectivity and Compatibility
Connecting this speaker to my phone and tablet was super easy.
It’s Bluetooth enabled as well as AUX compatible.
I love that it can recognize four devices once paired, so there’s no need to pair them again.
It’s simple and solid with no audio hiss or sizzle.
Performance and Functionality
This speaker is great for at-home listening, giving you a clean, clear, expressive, emotive, and detailed sound.
It’s perfect for movies or Spotify.
It’s not portable, but it works amazingly as a computer speaker or under an end table.
The dimensions are excellent, and it fits wonderfully in various spaces.
It’s not really for parties, but it still packs a punch if you want to push it.
Value for Money
I’d say the £200 price tag is fair when you compare it to other speakers in the market.
The quality and performance are there, making it a worthwhile investment.
I’d even go as far as saying that this is something I’d pass on to my kids.
Final Thoughts
The Audioengine B2 Bluetooth speaker is an excellent choice for anyone looking for high-quality sound, stylish design, and easy connectivity.
With a bit of effort in adjusting the equalizer settings, you’ll be rewarded with an amazing audio experience.
It’s a speaker I’d highly recommend to anyone!
